The Tempest

No one did promise ‘easy’ when we embarked on the journey to find the promised land,

So to complain will be in vain.

As we face the tempest on the way, doubts cross our mind on whether we will survive,

Questions bother – why, how and when.

Then we reassure ourselves of our strength that lies in the flock and together we thrive,

Of destiny we pull the reins.
